This website is a reflection of Guy’s life and his passion
Everything Guy has done in his life has led him to this place.
Surfing was introduced to him at a very young age by his father Raymond and his Uncle Donald. His love for our Mother ocean has led him into his career as a professional surfer and later as an elite surfboard designer and shaper.
Guy has said:
“Surfing has blessed me by opening many doors to countless relationships that have flourished from the art and sport of surfing”.
IT’S ABOUT TAPPING INTO EVERY~BODY SPIRITUALLY AND SHARING THE MANA”
Guy’s father passed before he could witness his son’s transformation into an accomplished spiritual therapist and intuitive healer. Organically, Guy’s dad, Raymond Takayama, and uncle Donald Takayama nourished Guy’s people skills and surfing talents. These skills and talents have earned Guy recognition as a professional surfer with high integrity and exceptional humanism amongst his peers and community.
Guy’s father left him with words of wisdom, “Be yourself, always be honest and don’t follow the crowd”. Guy also does things because it’s the right thing to do, not because it looks good to others.
